Annual Leave: 18 days. Sick Leave: 12 days. Casual Leave: 6 days. Maternity Leave: 26 weeks. Paternity Leave: 5 days. Carry forward of up to 5 annual leave days permitted. Medical certificate required for sick leave exceeding 3 consecutive days.
Employees may work from home up to 2 days per week with prior manager approval. WFH is a privilege and may be revoked based on performance. Employees must be available during core hours (10 AM – 6 PM IST). VPN and secure connection required for all remote work.
All company devices must use encrypted storage. Personal devices accessing company resources must have MDM installed. Two-factor authentication is mandatory for all company accounts. Data classification: Public, Internal, Confidential, Restricted.
OneCommerce is committed to providing a safe workplace free from sexual harassment as per the POSH Act 2013. Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) has been constituted. All complaints will be addressed within 90 days. Annual awareness training is mandatory for all employees.
Group Mediclaim: Sum insured ₹5,00,000 per family. Covers employee + spouse + 2 children + parents. Cashless treatment at 5000+ network hospitals. Pre-existing diseases covered after 2 years. Maternity benefit: ₹50,000.
Referral bonus: ₹25,000 for junior roles, ₹50,000 for senior roles, ₹1,00,000 for leadership roles. Bonus paid 50% on joining, 50% after 6 months. Referrer must be an active employee at time of payout. HR and Talent Acquisition team members are not eligible.
Maintain professional dress code. Keep workstation clean. Use meeting rooms for calls. Respect quiet zones. Report any maintenance issues to admin. Visitors must be registered at reception. No smoking on premises.
Notice period: 30 days for all employees. Notice period buyout permitted with approval. Exit interview mandatory. All company assets must be returned. Final settlement within 45 days of last working day. Non-compete clause effective for 12 months post-exit.
